General Terms and Conditions for All Bonuses:

Mostplayvip may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If you wish to close your account, contact support via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (provided all applicable bonus conditions have been met).

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to ৳100 or 10% of the remaining balance — whichever is lower — may be deducted monthly after 12 months of inactivity. The total balance will never fall below zero.
